Frances Williams, 90, was born in Winchester, Arkansas to Zachary Carter and Clara Deavers on May 1, 1926.
Frances gave her life to God at a young age. She was a member of the New Light Baptist Church for over forty years.
Frances was a loving, Mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and cousin to her family. Her family was her life and she loved them dearly. Frances never turned anyone away. She was the sweetest person you would ever want to meet.
She answered the Master’s call on Wednesday, November 23, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her father, Zachery Carter, mother, Clara Deaver, five brothers, Jacob Deavers, Esau Deavers, Z. H. Henderson, Isaac Henderson and Eliza Armstrong, four daughters, Stella Cokes, Gertrude W. Williams, Debra A. Parmer and Terri L. Parmer and one son, Earl N. Parmer.
She leaves to cherish her memory one son, LeRoy Parmer, Jr., Omaha, NE; two daughters, Alice L. Williams, Omaha, NE and Sharon (Ellis) Barr; three brothers, Lester Carter, Omaha, NE, Zach (Linda) Carter, and Tommie Henderson, Varlejo, CA; two sisters, Armanetta Hayes, Varlejo, CA, Nancy Lee, Los Angeles, CA; daughter in-law, Alice F. Tucker; niece, Barbara L. Chaney and a host of grand-children, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Private Disposition. A Memorial Service will be held in Omaha, Nebraska at New Light Baptist Church. Please contact the family for more information.
