Aaron Lamont Dozier

Aaron Lamont Dozier was born December 5, 1979  in Kansas City Missouri to Linda F. Cotton and Thomas A. Dozier.

Aaron was educated at Van High School in Independence, Missouri, and graduated, class of 1998. He worked many jobs throughout his lifetime. “Mont” as he was lovingly called by family and friends, accomplished many goals, and also obtained Certified Driver’s License (CDL) and was employed at Quality Custom Distributors (QCD). He provided custom distribution services to well-known companies throughout the United States.

Although Mont was never married, he was blessed with one child, Aaron Lamont Dozier Jr.

Mont enjoyed eating a nice steak, loved to watch his  nephew, and play basketball. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Aaron departed this life on Monday, October 10, 2022. His grandmother, Velma Cotton preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Aaron L. Dozier Jr.; parents, Linda Cotton, and Thomas Dozier; siblings, Anthony Dozier, and Brian Ellison; grandmother, Velma L. Cotton; aunts and uncles, Dr. Clyde Montgomery (Yvonne) of Edmond, OK, Wilma Williams (Billy) in Natchez, MS, Ardell McNutt (John) in Leesvill, LA, and Minnie Marshall (Rev. William) in Pascagoula, MS; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
