Anita Louise Fow (Simpson)

Anita L. Simpson was born December 20, 1952, in Kansas City, Missouri to Vernal Josephine Bowman-Simpson and Crit Humphrey Jr.

“Nita” was educated in the Kansas City Public School District and worked in the janitorial industry lastly. She was a beloved mother.

 In her youth, she mothered two children, Pamela “Sunny” Simpson, and A’Lisa Simpson.

 She enjoyed being the center of attention and socializing.

 Anita departed this life on September 9, 2024, at Research Medical Center, surrounded by those who love her. She is preceded in death by her daughter, her parents, two grandsons Sir Michael C. Simpson and Charles T. Simpson and granddaughter Samela J. Simpson.

 She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, other family members and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday October 5, 2024, visitation is from 2 P.M. - 3 P.M. with services beginning at 3 P.M. at Golden Gate Funeral & Cremation Services, LLC 2800 East 18th st., KCMO 64127.
