Arlene R. Hines

Arlene Hines, who loved to be called “Mommy” by her kids, departed her loving family on November 23rd, 2022. Arlene was born in Kansas City, Kansas on July 22nd, 1961 to Christop Bell and Julius Bell.

Arlene was mother to Lena, Latasha, Christina, and Teneka. She raised her children with love and devotion in Independence, Missouri with her loving husband James Hines.

As a Nurse, Arlene was known for her caring, communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and her communication skills.
