Bonnie Joe Ellingberg (Carson)

Bonnie J. Ellingberg was born August 4th, 1934 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Troy Carson and Ethel Titsworth. She grew up in Paris, Arkansas and graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in Paris, Arkansas. She began her work for Truman Medical Center in Environmental Services where she worked for many years. She retired in 1996.

Bonnie married Richard Ellingberg Sr. on September 18, 1954 in Paris, Arkansas. They were happily married. Bonnie J. Ellingberg departed this life on June 17th, 2024 in Kansas City, Mo. She was preceded in death by both parents; Troy Carson and Ethel Titsworth, husband Richard Ellingberg Sr; brothers, Mathew Steward, Curtis Steward, Alvin Carson Sr., sisters, Effiebee Upton; Maxine Phillips, Laura Gregory, Ruby Taylor, great grandson Demond Brown, and Special Cousin Willie May Carter. 

Bonnie leaves to cherish her memory: her daughter Jaqueline Ellingberg, son Richard (Bobbie) Ellingberg brother, Troy Carson, along with 5 grandchildren Armando Simmons, Kiearra Jackson, Keyonna Ellingberg, LaMar Akins, Onisha Akins and 6 great grandchildren, Daija Brown, Dymand Simmons, Amiya Jackson, Courtney Somerville, Danell Primers Jr, Jaxon Primers along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be at 3:00 PM on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at Golden Gate located at 2800 East 18th Street Kansas City, Missouri 64127.
