Christopher Lamar Henderson Sr.

Christopher Lamar Henderson was born on December 4, 1996, in Kansas City, KS at Bethany Medical Center to Danielle Henderson-Carlisle and James Jones.

He attended Olathe North High School before attending school in South Kansas City, MO. After moving to Oregan, Christopher began working for Big Bark as a First Responder. He fell in love with fighting wildlife fires and did so until moving back to Kansas City, MO where he began working as an installer of fire suppression systems.

Over a period of time, Christopher welcomed 3 children into his life and if you know Chris, you know that he absolutely loves his babies, and they love him! As his village, we will remember Chris as an energetic soul that loved life and making others smile. His goofiness was one of a kind and his genuine smile lit up hearts. Chris encouraged others to take it easy and just flow. He was extremely affectionate and had a heart that would draw people in. He also loved to cook and EAT!

Chris was passionate about family and unity and often indulged in movie nights with his family and friends and almost commented the whole entire movie! He was extremely generous, witty, and dedicated and would bust out into song at any moment. He was so lively and loving! Chris was a member of Temple of Truth Church and was blessed with the talent of playing drums like a pro!

He leaves to cherish is memory: His Parents, Danielle Carlisle (Trevor Carlisle Sr.) and James Jones. His siblings, Jaymes D. Henderson, Kaumesha M. Williams, Kaulic M. Williams, Trevor V.T. Carlisle Jr and Hayden S. Spotts. His Fiance, Arisa Pardo, his children Christoher Henderson Jr, Arisa Danielle Henderson and Izyn Lamar Henderson, his maternal grandparents Nathaniel & Barbara Rand and Calvin R. Thornton and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.

 Funeral services will be held on Thursday July 25, 2024, visitation will be held from 10 A.M. - 11 A.M. with services beginning at 11 A.M. at Temple of Truth 7900 Westridge Kansas City, Mo 64133.
