Danny Jerome Colson

Danny Colson was born September 30,1954 in Georgia to Lemon and Margella Colson. Danny was educated in Georgia and in the Army then various jobs. He saw a lot traveled and accomplished so much. He married in 1980. He had 10 children. Danny enjoyed spending time with family. He loved watching sports and a good BBQ.

Danny departed this life on August 26, 2023. His parents, wife, Carmillia Carbin Colson, brother, Richard Williams, and grandson, Mateo Shores preceded him in death.

Danny leaves to cherish his memory his children, Patricia Pope, Keyaunt'a Colson, Eric Shores Sr, Iesha Colson-Legg (Melissa), Larry Shores Sr, (Marketa), Victor Shores, Danny Colson Jr. (Timmieruth), Russell Shores, Jarry Shores Sr.
(Breanna) and Desmond Colson; siblings, Mary Lee, Martha Luvenia Colson-King, Linda Newsome (Jimmy), Larry Colson (Melissa), Mac- Arthur Colson; 25 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces. nephews cousins,
other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday September 9, 2023, visitation will be held from 10 AM. - 11 A.M. with services beginning at 11 A.M. at Southside Christian Church 7304 Cleveland Ave.

Internment: Forest Hill Cemetery on Monday September 11, 2023 @ 10:30 A.M.
