Darryl Brown

Darryl Benard Brown was born January 12, 1999 in Kansas City, Missouri to Martha Mae Brown, & Leslie Benard Brown Sr.

“Deerock,” as he was affectionately called by family and friends, was educated in the public schools of Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from Central High School, He majored in Track & ROTC.

Deerock worked at Palmentere Brother’s Company for 2 years. He also worked as a Security Officer. Deerock accomplished many great things throughout his time here on earth & in life.

Although Deerock never married, he was blessed with three children, Darryl Jr., Ryder & Riley. He enjoyed spending time with his family, & close friends.

Darryl departed this life on Sunday, March 12, 2023.  His father, Leslie Brown Sr., and grand-father, Edd Williams preceded him in death.

He leaves to mourn his passing his children,  Darryl Jr., Ryder and Ry’Lei; parents, Martha Mae and Leslie Sr.; siblings, Jerrel (twin), Andreall (Alphonso), Andrea (Nathaniel), Walter, Angelique, Sadie, and Leslie Jr.; stepsiblings, Bernard, Lucrecia, and Wesley; grandparents, Shirley Mae and Edd; nieces, Na’Tasha, Nina, Aceyanna, Ke’Riah, Ne’Veyah, and Le’lani;  nephews, De’Andre, Amcimon, Nathaniel, Sir king, Kamelo, Armand and Marshall, and a host of other relatives, and friends.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday March 23, 2023 @ Golden Gate Funeral & Cremation Services, LLC

Services will be held  at 3P.M.
