Staller-David Joseph, “Bubba” age 81 departed this world on February 08, 2025. His story began in Johnstown, Pennsylvania as the rebellious eldest son of the late Joseph and Helen (Vuletic) Staller. Eventually moving westward in the mid 1980s, he settled in Independence, Missouri. David possessed an uncanny wealth of knowledge on countless random subjects, which his children eagerly exploited through endless questions. He also enjoyed the "Honey Hole" and creating adventures and games for his grandchildren.

For the last 8 years of his life, he was lovingly cared for by Heather and Todd Hess. David's life revolved around the love of his wife Peggy and the family they built together. David is survived by his wife Peggy of 41 years, his children, Heather (Todd) Hess, Jessica Staller, Tara Staller and Nicole (Adam) Collins. A brother, Daniel (Debbie) Staller and a sister, Helyne George. 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
