David Allen White Sr.

David Allen White was born onFebruary 7, 1963 in Hollandale, Mississippi, to Fred Lee White and Johnnie Mae Creath. He spent his younger years and Mississippi before moving to Kansas City Missouri. He grew up and attended Lincoln high school. That’s where David found his love of playing basketball. As a young man, he enjoyed many things but the one thing he enjoy the most was playing and watching basketball. His favorite team, the Philadelphia 76ers. He played basketball with friends, his cousins and anybody that wanted to play. So that he could show off his skills. He played a little football at Lincoln high school. He also enjoyed riding his skateboard. As an adult he could not stop talking about The Kansas City Chiefs. And you could always catch him sporting his Chiefs cap.

As a young man, he worked as a security guard. But he was always most happy when he was doing something with his hands. David was a skilled carpenter. He also took on jobs like painting houses, repairing gutters, lawn services, he way an all-around fix it, man. David love spending time with his family and when he entered the room, his voice and smile lit up the room. He would play cards, and dominoes with the family he just loved to have fun. He met Rolanda Trotter David, was blessed with two sons and a daughter, David Lee White Junior, Rollonn Allen Gordon and Sheena Monchelle White. David also leaves his three brothers, and two sisters, Freddy Lee White, Darrin K. White, Alatter Creath, Brenda Fitzgerald Masson, Nicole Mayfield. Grand-children: Bryce White, Skye White and many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, other Relatives, and Friends. 

He will be truly missed and forever loved. . .

A Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at Golden Gate located at 2800 East 18th Street Kansas City, Missouri 64127. Interment will be in XII Gates , Kansas City, MO. The  visitation will begin at 10:00, the service will follow immediatley at 11:00am.
