Durinda Mae Williams

 Durinda Mae Williams was born December 7, 1954, in Independence, Missouri to Abe Cox and Virginia Cox. Durinda was educated in the Independence school District. Durinda was a home maker and a caregiver to children. 

Durinda met Mike and was blessed with her daughter Rachel Ferro. Durinda met and married Glen Williams and was blessed with her daughter Frances Shevlin. 

Durinda enjoyed her family and was well taken care of in her home and got everything she wanted. Durinda loved to sing, dance, and color in her free time.

Durinda departed this life on October 15, 2024, at her house with her Daughters and Grandchildren by her side. 

Abe Cox , Virginia Cox , William Peach , and Ronald Cox preceded her in death. 

Durinda leaves to cherish her memory her children, Rachel Ferro ( Joe Ferro) and Frances Shevlin; Her one sister Gail Cage ( Steve Cage) of Independence, Missouri; A half brother Leanard Stiles, and half sisters Linda Kiesling and Billie Jo Smith; Grandchildren Jordan Cox , Desirae Ferro, Nick Ferro , Gwen Hall and Joann Shevlin of independence, Missouri; Her great grandchildren, Aiden Cox , Lilly Cox , Kensley Smith , Bowen Horne. In addition 4 other great grand children Jax , Jaz , Cain and Parker.
