Ellen Bell

Ellen Bell was born July 3, 1950 in Buckner, Arkansas to Evelina Pickens and Tullis Harrell. Ellen was educated at Manual High School. She started her career at City Hall with over ten years and completed her career with Rival Manufacturing until they closed. Ellen met and married Orville L. (Chuck) Bell Jr. They were blessed with 3 children. 

Ellen enjoyed praising God, she started many mornings reading her Bible. She was A praying woman, who loved being with family, she was strong in her faith. 

She departed this life on July 1, 2024. Rodrick Ford (son), Jaden Pierre Risher (grandson), Evelina Pickens (mother) & Tullis Harrell (father) preceded her in death. 

Ellen leaves to cherish her memory spouse Orville Jr., children Shelly, Donna, Anthony, Wylonda, and Orville (Chuck) III.; sisters, Pat, Dorothy, and Rose; bonus sisters, Lisa, Charlotte, and Edna; 11 grandchildren, one great grand on the way, & a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday July 11, 2024, visitation will be from 10 A.M. - 11 A.M. with services beginning at 11 A.M. at Palestine Missionary Baptist Church 3619 E 35th st., Kansas City, Mo 64128.

Internment :  Blue Ridge Lawn Cemetery
