Frances Lee Wright (Garrett)

Mother Frances Lee Wright died at home peacefully surrounded by her family in the early evening of Monday, December 9, 2024. Born Frances Lee Garrett to Virgil and Willie Lee Garrett on September 3,1941. She was the youngest four children, Raymond Mott, Jr. Gladys(Garrett) Wilson and Vernon Garrett, Sr. All of whom preceded her indeath.

She attended Attucks Elementary School, RT Coles Vocational School andCentral Jr. and Sr. High Schools. She graduated from Central High Schoolin 1959.

She accepted Christ as her Savior at the age of seven and was baptized byRev. I.H. Henderson, Jr. and joined Friendship Baptist Church.Shortly after High School she married Robert M. Beatty. Four children wereborn to this union, Carleton Jerome, Paul (who died shortly after birth),Kenneth Garrett, and Valerie Michelle. This union was later dissolved.

She later Married Edward R. Wright and to this union Edward R. Wright, Jr.was born. This union was later dissolved. Frances Lee had a long career as a Nuclear Medicine and X-RayTechnician and a Mammography Technician. She also ran an in-homechild care service.

She was a member of New Life in Christ International Ministries lead byApostle Keith Wesley and Pastor Lisa Wesley.

She deeply loved the Lord, her family and friends and her church.She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

A funeral service will held Saturday, December 21, 2024, at New Life In Christ International Ministries, 12401 Byars Rd, Grandview, MO 64030. The Visitation will begin at 9:30am, the service will follow at 11:30am. The internment will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery 6901 Troost Ave, Kansas City, MO 64131.
