Francine Williams

Francine Williams, a cherished mother, dedicated nurse, and beloved friend, passed away peacefully in her sleep on August 30, 2023, at the age of 79. She was born on October 21, 1943, in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Francis Williams and Vivian Williams.
Francine's journey in life was marked by her unwavering commitment to care for others. After pursuing her education, she
earned her associate degree in nursing from Mt. San Antonio College (Mt. Sac) in California. Nursing became not just a profession for Francine but a calling she answered with compassion and dedication. Her nurturing spirit touched the lives of countless patients, and her legacy of care will continue to inspire all who knew her. Though her path in life did not lead to marriage, Francine
found immense joy in being a mother to her three children: Regina Williams, Russell Maugham, and Bryan Maugham. Her love and
devotion knew no bounds as she nurtured and guided them through life's ups and downs.

Francine's strong family ties extended to her siblings: Brian Williams, Dennis Williams, and Kevin Williams. Their bonds of
siblinghood were woven with shared memories and a deep sense of kinship that only siblings can truly understand.
Beyond her professional and familial roles, Francine had a multitude of passions that brought color to her life. She had a knack
for sewing, turning fabrics into works of art that showcased her creativity and attention to detail. The soothing rhythm of waves held a special place in her heart, and she found solace and happiness in the beach's embrace. Her best friend and grandson, Gabriel Maugham, held a unique bond with her, a relationship built on mutual love and
respect.

Francine's adventurous spirit was fulfilled through her love of travel. Exploring new places brought her a sense of wonder and
widened her perspective on the world. The stories of her travels will live on in the memories of those who heard them.
As we bid farewell to Francine Williams, we remember her as a beacon of love, compassion, and strength. Her legacy lives on in
her children, her siblings, her cherished grandson, and all those whose lives she touched. While her physical presence may be gone, the warmth of her smile, the kindness of her heart, and the love she shared will forever remain in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Funeral Mass services will be held on Tuesday September 5, 2023, visitation will be held fom 10 A.M. - 12 P.M. at St. Michael The Archangel Parish located at 14251 Nall Ave, Overland Park , Kansas 66223
