Frank Richmond McGee

Franklin "Frank” Richmond McGee was born June 21, 1966, to the union of Clarence and Johnnie Mae McGee in Kansas City, Missouri.
Frank received Christ at a young age at Palestine Missionary Baptist Church, later becoming a faithful member. Frank attended school in the Kansas City, Missouri School District. He received his high school diploma from East High School class of 1985. Frank took pride in graduating from East High with his “East Bears” classmates. Frank later sought employment as a furniture salesman where he enjoyed interacting with people and continued that for many years. Frank was known for being a loveable and outgoing salesman.

Frank was also known for his lavish sense of fashion. Frank had the best eye for fashion; he was always the best dressed in the room. His sense of fashion and outgoing personality made him the life of the party. He always wanted to be around family and friends. Frank cherished the relationships he had, especially with his grandchildren. Frank believed family was everything, and he loved his family until the end.

Frank transitioned with love, surrounded by family and friends.
He was preceded in death by both parents, one sister; Lois McGee-Johnson, and one brother; Walter McGee Sr.
Frank leaves to cherish his memory three daughters; Keana, Kevanna, and Latasha McGee, three sons; Isaiah, Dmario, and Domonique McGee, five grandchildren; Legacy, Layla, Londyn, Lyfe, and Laheem, three close nieces; Lisa McGee-Shields, Rita McGee, and Wendy Johnson, two close nephews; Darryl McGee Sr. (Shirley) and Walter McGee Jr.

Funeral services will be held on Friday November 10, 2023, visitation will be held from 10 A.M. - 11 A.M. with services beginning at 11:00 A.M.  at  Palestine Missionary Baptist Church located at 3619 E. 35th Street Kansas City, Missouri 64128.
