Hilda Lynn Valdivia

Hilda Lynn Valdivia, of Kansas City, MO, was born April 7th, 1959, to the union of Joseph Ruiz and Delores Hyatt-Ruiz.

Growing up Hilda was a high spirited, active child and enjoyed being with her brothers and sisters. She had an overabundance of family and friends and was well loved. Hilda enjoyed eating out at a variety of establishments, but her absolute favorite activity was gambling. She loved when her nieces and nephews would take her to Vegas, Denver, or even the local water boat casinos where she often won. Spending time with her family meant the world to her.

Hilda departed this life Tuesday, October 29th, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Delores, and her siblings Loretta, Shirley, Gary, Bobby, and Victor.

Hilda leaves to cherish her memory her loving daughter Christina Walker (Shawn), son Anthony Valdivia (Jackie), grandchildren Lacey Valdivia, Gregory Chambers, Saniyah Walker, Deacon Valdivia, Riley Valdivia, great-grandchildren Gio Valdivia, Terrance Lewis Jr, Johnathon Cash-Chambers, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and associates.

Memorial services will be on Wednesday at 3:00 P.M. at Golden Gate located at 2800 East 18th Street Kansas City, Missouri 64127.
