Isabel V. Rios

Isabel Vazquez Rios was born in Gomez Farias, Tamaulipa Mexico on July 8,1959 to Manuela Rios and Joaquin Vazquez.  Isabel Vaz quez Rios was educated in Tamaulipas City and worked as a construction specialist. 

Isabel accomplished moving to the   United States to ensure a good life and well being for his family. He met and married Maria Leticia Pumay to this union they were blessed with 7 children and 4 step children. 

Isabel enjoyed grilling (Carnes Asadas) and spending time with his family. Isabel loved to have the dish /tv on and watch his favorite sports( Boxing, Baseball and soccer) especially his favorite team Los Rayados Del monterey. 

Isabel departed this life on January 7, 2025.

Isabel leaves to cherish his memory, spouse Maria Leticia Pumay; his children and stepchildren ; his  siblings Juanita Vazquez and other relatives and friends.
