James Flint Cooper Sr.

Mr. James (Coop) F. Cooper was born November 13, 1964, in Kansas City to Ethel M. Muhammad and Morris F Cooper Sr.

Mr. Cooper was educated at Lincoln/ Job Court finished retaining his GED. He worked at Baby Does for several years, Consentino in downtown Kansas City, and other various jobs.

James met the love of his life Cora Hutton of 28 years and was blessed with two children. James really enjoyed drawing, cooking and entertaining with his family and friends. He really loved being around his family, especially grandchildren.

James departed this life on February 2, 2024, at University Health Hospital. He was preceded in death his mother and father.

James Leaves to cherish for loving memory the Love of His Life: Corra Hutton; Children (Four Boys): James Eskridge, Dominick McGinnis, Eliekiem Cooper, Lonn Hutton, (Four Girls): Beverly McGinnis, Shavonna McGinnis, Aeri-yana Gillmore, Juamelia Hutton. His Siblings (one Sister): Victoria Cooper, (Three Brothers): Morris Cooper, Edward Cooper and Hosea Cooper all of Kansas City, MO. His Aunt and Uncles: Verda Mae More (Kansas City, KS), Emma Bradford, Melvin Bradford, Don Brad-ford, and Lawrence Pickens all Kansas City, MO. Twenty-three Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday February 22, 2024, visitation 2 P.M. -  3 P.M with services beginning at 3 P.M. at Golden Gate Funeral & Cremation Services, LLC 2800 East 18th st., KCMO 64127.
