Jimmy Dewayne "Fizzy" Fieldse

Jimmy Dewayne Fieldse (“Fizzy”) was born June 14, 1951 in Riverside, CA to

Jack and Lillian Fieldse. He is a member of the Lenape-Delaware Tribe of Indians. Jim crossed over on February 16, 2024 at a hospital in Kansas City. He was surrounded by his three adult children, two of his grandkids, one sister, son- in-law, and future daughter-in-law. His room was filled with classic rock and roll music and singing as he left us.

Jim was preceded in death by his dad (2001) and his mom (2006).

Jim lived and attended school in Rialto, CA. He began his decades-long career as a roofer when he was 14 years old. Jim and his family moved to Leavenworth, Kansas in 1993. He was very skilled and creatively gifted. He made unique and very functional treasures out of trash. He was an amazing artist and made beautiful Dreamcatchers.

He lost his beloved dog, Bo, a few years ago. He liked his quiet and simple life. He was an extremely hard worker no matter what he did. In his younger years, he enjoyed camping with his family.

Jim was a true-blue friend; he helped anyone at any time. His deep abiding friendships extends nearly 70 years.

He leaves behind his three kids: Jill Fieldse, Jaime Easterday and husband Eldon, Jason Fieldse and fiancé Courtney, eleven grandkids (Orlando, Jordan, Nina, Jayden, Eldon, Ever Lily, Joshua, Monroe, Grayce, Devin, Whitney), a newborn great-grand daughter (Nyrie). Jim also leaves his sisters Jacklyn Ernst and husband Edward, Linda Spencer and husband Rubin, brother Tom Fieldse and wife Cindy, six nieces and nephews, two aunts, Ellen Troxel and Patricia Pellam, a zillion cousins, and more friends than we can count.

As requested by Jim, no funeral or memorial service is immediately planned.

If a celebration of life is scheduled in the future, the family will get the word out.
