John Howard Ritterhoff

Born to John C. Ritterhoff and Pearl Dean Ritterhoff in 1961. He is survived by his wife Kathryn A Ritterhoff and by 3 siblings Jimmy Rittehoff JoeLee Ritterhoff, and Sharilla Stonemark. He leaves behind 4 children Kelly Lofton, Lisa Lofton, Michelle Ritterhoff, and John M. Ritterhoff, and 5 grandchildren Jessie Clark, Angelia Clark, Steven Clark, Kathryn B. Lofton, and Jasiah Crawford. 

In his early years He was raised by his parents, and his grandmother AnnLea Harris. He went to the Wentworth military academy, then joined the Navy at the age of 17, but was later discharged due to chlostrophobia.

In May of 1980 he married Kathryn Ritterhoff becoming a father to her two daughters, and then soon became a father of two more.

In his early 40s He chose to go back to school earning his GED, then enrolled at the Electronics Institute in K.C. MO, where he received an associates degree. After which he worked at Xerox for a few years, until he retired due to a disability from a car accident. 

Although he lived for many years in El-Dorado Springs MO., he spent the majority of his life living in and around Kansas City, MO. Where he lived happily with beloved Family and friends, who Loved him greatly, and will miss him terribly. He left this world on November 4th 2024, however his loved ones are comforted by the knowledge that he is waiting for them in Heaven with his lord and savior Jesus Christ.
