LaShandla Renee Reed

Lashandla Reed was born on April 14,1982 in Kansas City, Kansas to Curtis Handson and Charlene Ofolomah. Lashandla was educated at Kansas City Kansas public schools and worked for Team Solutions with Ford Motor Company. Lashandla never married but was blessed with four boys.

Lashandla enjoyed helping others, cooking ,making videos, and spending time with family and friends. She loved praising the Lord, listening and singing the gospel. Lashandla departed this life on July 8, 2024 preceded her in death by great grandparents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, a nephew and cousins.

Lashandla leaves to cherish her memory children Abraham Reed, Kamryn, and Kevin Baker of Kansas City,KS , Devon Baker of Phoenix, AZ ; grandson Connor Gleba of Kansas City, KS; parents Curtis Handson of Kansas City, MO and Charlene Ofolomah of Chandler AZ; 5 sisters, Layonda Reed of Houston TX, Nneka Hoskins of Maricopa AZ , Ngozi Ofolomah of Chandler AZ, Lashana Oliver of Dallas TX, and Beverly Robinson of Lee Summit, MO, 3 brothers; Curtis Beeks of Independence MO, Obiechina, and Nnamdi Ofolomah of Chandler AZ; Grandparent Earlene Reed of Kansas City KS; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins,and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 19, 2024, visitation will be held from 2P.M. - 3 P.M. with services beginning at 3 P.M. at Golden Gate located at 2800 East 18th Street Kansas City, Missouri 64127.
