Lonell James Durham

Lonell James Durham was born in Kansas City, Kansas, December 4, 1971 to James Durham and Marcelyn Durham. He didn’t come in this world alone, Doniel Durham, his identical twin was with him. Lonell was educated in the Wyandotte County
School District and obtained his GED. He worked various jobs, with his last employment for a candle company in Merriam, Kansas.
As a child, he attended Mt. Zion COGIC with his grandmother, Ioma Jones, and family, which was
mandatory. He later attended Boone Tabernacle COGIC and was baptized by the late Elder Floyd
Thuston. Lonell transitioned to glory on Monday, July 3, 2023.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Lonisha Durham, Loeshia Durham, Lonell Durham Jr, Lexcia Durham and Latoria
Durham; mother, Marcelyn Humphery; father, James Durham (Catherine); brothers, Doniel Durham, Ondre Durham, Larry Humphery (Syreeeta), Dion Durham and Jerome Durham; sister, Meichelle Durham; aunts, Brenda
Durham, Zeita White (Robert), RoShonda Cheadle (Jimmy); uncles, Lenny Davis,
Clearence Durham ( Johnetta), Robert Durham ( Geraldine), Glen Davis (Stephanie), and Steven Davis; six grandchildren; many Beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday July 15, 2023, visitation will be held from 11 A.M. - 12 P.M. with the services beginning at 12 P.M. at Boone Tabernacle Church of God In Christ 1317 E. 12th st. KCMO 64106
