Maurice Francis

Marvin Francis Reis was born June 2, 1943 in Kansas City, MO to Blanche and Herbert Reid.
Marvin was educated in Kansas City, Ks school district. He joined the U.S. Ar-my where he served four terms as a barber and became a master printer.

He was blessed with four children.

Marvin enjoyed playing games, spend-ing time with his friends, and he loved to watch old westerns.
Marvin departed this life on October 16, 2023. He is preceded in death by bother parents, his brother; Herbert James Jr., and Ronald Reid.
Marvin leaves to cherish his memory his children; Marvin G, Derrick, Yahna, and Talayah. Siblings; Patricia Stokes, and Madella Henderson, his favorite cousin; Pastor Keith Kerr, and a host of family and friends.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday November 4, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at New Beginnings Church located at 6612 Independence Ave, Kansas City, Missouri 64125.

Burial of Cremains will be held on Tuesday November 7, 2023 at 11:00 A.M.  at Leavenworth National Cemetery in Leavenworth, Kansas.
