In Loving Memory of Michael LLoyd Bailey
Michael Llyod Bailey, born on April 08, 1948, in Benton, Arkansas, passed away February 8, 2024 in Kansas City, KS. He was the cherished son of Rufus "Gene" Bailey and Melba Bailey (Davenport). Michael is now reunited in heaven with his sister, Berneita Gaye Owens and his parents.
A proud Navy vetern, Michael served his country with honor. Follwing his military service, he embraceed a career as a tow truck driver and in the limo service industry, where his dedication and hard work left a lasting impact. His love for karaoke, HArley-Davidson motorcycles, and quality time with family defined his vibrant spirit.
He leaves behind a legacy of love survived by his devoted wife, Deborah Bailey; his sister , Cindy Bailey; and a large, loving family. 4 sons, 1 stepson, 2 stepdaughters, 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A member of Wyandotte Tabernacle in Kasnas CIty, KS, Michael found solace and community in his faith.
Services to celebrate Michael's life will be held at a later date, allowing family and friends to gather and honor his memory.
May he rest in peac, forever remembered for his laughter, kindness, and the love he shared with all who were fortunate to know him.
