Michael Wooten

Michael Wooten was born June 30, 1957 in Forrest city, Arkansas to Alvin and Virdella Wooten.
Michael was educated at Central High School. He worked as an apartment manager in California, but later relocated to Kansas City, Missouri, where he retired. Michael, taught himself guitar, and Spanish. He enjoyed track and field and was the “King of Roller-Skating”.

He met the love of his life, Vanessa Lyons, and alt-hough they never had children together, they enjoyed a long life together. Michael was blessed with two children, LaJada Seals, and Dalesha Linnabary.

Michael departed this life on Thursday, August 17, 2023. His parents preceded him in death.
Michael leaves to cherish his memory his significant other, Vanessa Lyons; daughters, LaJada Seals, Dalesha Linnabary; seven siblings; three grand-children; two great-grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday September 2, 2023 at 3 P.M. at Golden Gate Funeral & Cremation Services, LLC.
