Phillip Eugene Barton

Mr. Phillip Barton was born October 15, 1950 in Kansas City, Missouri to Paul and Mable Barton.

Phillip was educated in the public schools of Kansas City, Missouri and graduated from Central High School. He worked in several industries and various companies over the years.

He met and married Stephanie, and their union was blessed with two children.

Phillip enjoyed playing little league baseball, cards, and loved shooting pool.

He departed this life on Thursday, February 3, 2022, at the University of Missouri-Columbia. His parents and siblings, Willie Bluitt, Elizabeth Morrow, and JoAnn Commack all preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Andre Barton, and La՛Shondra Barton; siblings, Paul Barton Jr., Michael Barton (Vernessa), and Shirley Richmond (Pete); stepbrothers; step-sisters; and a host of grandchildren, great-grand-children, nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
