She was preceded in death by her father, Robert George Walls; her mother, Overa Dora Walls; and her husband, Bill Jr. Hunter.Dodie dedicated her life to caring for her family, embodying selflessness and compassion. 

She is survived by her daughter, Angela Nicole Brennan; son-in-law, George Brennan; grandson, Angelo Harris; granddaughter, Aja Dora Richards; and granddaughter, Nicole Marbut. Dodie was also a proud and loving great-grandmother, finding joy in every moment spent with her family.Dodie was known for her nurturing spirit, always putting the needs of others before her own. She tirelessly cared for her children, stepchildren, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, creating a home filled with warmth and love. 

Her unwavering dedication and kindness left a profound impact on all who knew her.Her family and friends will forever cherish her memory, finding comfort in the love she gave and the lessons she shared. A private celebration of life will be held to honor Dodie’s remarkable journey.
