Patrick Joseph Cronin

Patrick “Paddy” Joseph Cronin departed this world peacefully, on June 5, 2023, as his wife, Doreen, held his hand. He was 67 years old. His battle with cancer finally ended. He has begun the ultimate journey. There is no pain, suffering, or sadness where he travels; nothing but happiness and joy. He led a good, solid life, he was a true gentleman. Paddy was born on February 8, 1956, in Kansas City Missouri, and grew up around the Gilliam Park area until he enlisted in the Navy. Paddy was a United States Navy Vietnam Veteran that served his country for 11 years from 1973-1984. He was an Operations First Class Petty Officer when he left the USN.

He was in the service of The United States Postal Service from 1985-2012, 27 years. Paddy was an avid sports memorabilia collector
that could rival anyone’s collection, plus he was a Melophile, (music lover). His collection of
numerous guitars, drums, flutes, tambourines, violins and harmonicas, were his pride and joy,
along with his sports memorabilia. He was also one heck of a crooner. He loved going to
karaoke about once a month on a Saturday night. He was such a joyful soul that loved life,
family, and friends with every fiber of his being. Paddy leaves a daughter, Nichole R Scott, plus numerous family and friends
behind. “Happy trails to you, until we meet again.”
