Quintin Level Houston

Quintin L Houston Sr., was born in Garden City, Kansas on December 19, 1972 to Robert and Elizabeth Thomas.  Quintin was the oldest, and only son of 4 children.  He resided in Kansas City, Missouri with his loving wife Gena Dieleman and youngest daughter Amarah Houston.  God called him home on Monday, August 28, 2023.  He received his education through the Kansas City public schools and graduated from Job Corp with a degree in building maintenance.  Quintin loved spending time with his family, fishing, “Da Chiefs”, tinkering, camping, and spending time with friends.  He loved his people!

He was preceded in death by his mother Elizabeth as well as grandparents, aunts, uncles, and special loved ones.  

He leaves behind his wife Gena Dieleman, Children – Derek Houston, Jacinda O’Neal, Malik Kistler, Ashton Rush, MaKenzie Houston, Quintin Houston Jr, Amarah Houston, Anthony Dieleman, Adrienne Jackson, and Alicea Jackson, Koah Hunt, his parents Robert and Deborah Thomas, his sisters – Angela Williams, Stacey Davis-Ross, Whitney Thomas, 9 grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, and too many adopted family members to mention.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday September 6, 2023, visitation will be held from 2 P.M. - 3 P.M. with services beginning at 3 P.M. at Golden Gate Funeral & Cremation Services, LLC 2800 East 18th St., KCMO 64127.
