Rodney Sharron Garner was born (Favorite Uncle Rodney) age 58, passed away Thursday, September 12, 2024. He was born August 8th, 1966, in Kansas City MO, to Helen Garner (Mother) and Robert Johnson (Father). 

 Rodney completed his schooling at Job Corps Technical School. Where he received a GED diploma, and many other academic accomplishments. 

 Rodney was a dad first, then a ride or die family man. He was the sweetest, most loving, and caring man who was loved deeply by everyone, friends and family. Rodney was a true “Mama’s boy”, he literally had to visit his mama every single day. Rodney was a protector, the life of the party and everyone’s “FAVORITE UNCLE”. Rodney loved life, and enjoyed it to the fullest, he was the life of the party. Rodney enjoyed being outside, visiting his family, barbecuing, skating. Rodney had to have his music with him everywhere he went, listening to music and dancing was his favorite hobbies. Rodney was a diehard Kansas City Chiefs’ fan. His greatest joy was hanging out with his family, making memories. Rodney was a great Grandpa, and Father to his kids. Rodney’s children were his world, and he did not play about his “Cynee Ma” Sharonda. 

 Rodney leaves us to cherish his loving, and beautiful memory. His Mother, Helen; Daughter’s, Sharonda, Lesha, Marti, Keisha; Son’s, Rodney, Sharron, Shawn, Rodrick, Robert, Mison, Jeremiah, Rodney’Aaron, LeBron, Marquan, Ronell; Grandkids, Elliott, Lil Rodrick, Cel, Kali, Levy; Nieces, Pretessa, Marsadies , Tamesha, Monae, Kelly, Malesee, Anniah, Emonie, Mohogany, Montanaya , Kiara, Ciara, Kayla, Tinnasha, Misty, Neeco, Kita, and Shawn; Nephews, Terrance, Mikey, RonRon, Ennice, Saline, and a host of other nephews, sisters and brothers family and friends.

Special loved ones, Marilyn, Monique, His Bestfriend Mary (Loui) Lisa he will forever be missed but his memory will live on through each and every one of us. 

 He’s preceded in death by His father Robert Johnson, His Sisters, Tammie, Brenda, Sheila, and Bob, His Nieces, Kim and Johnetta, Nephews, Vonze and Jayden.
