Ryan O'Neal Bowman

Ryan O’Neal Bowman was born on June 17, 1981 in Kansas City, Missouri to Earl Spinks and Loree Bowman Gay.

Ryan was educated in the Hickman Mills school district. During his life, he worked with special needs children as a LINC coordinator, cafeteria worker, and home health aide. 

Ryan loved kids and helping people throughout his life. Although he had so much love to give, he never married or had any kids of his own.

Ryan enjoyed making music & storytelling. How-ever, his greatest enjoyment was giving. His final gift came in the form of organ donation to save lives.

Ryan departed this life on Saturday, June 17, 2023. He was preceded in death by James Bowman Sr., Kim Floyd, Earl Spinks, and Loree Gay.

Ryan leaves to cherish his memory, his Godparents, Pam McDonald and David McDonald Sr.; siblings, Trent (Latesha Akins) Bowman Sr., Richard (Ra’Shaunda) Bowman Sr., Rachel Bowman, and Rayshell Gay; Godbrothers, David McDonald Jr. and Lee Shepard and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday July 1, 2023, visitation will be held from 2 P.M. - 3 P.M. with the services beginning at 3 P.M. at Golden Gate Funeral & Cremation Services, LLC 2800 East 18th st., KCMO 64127.
