Samantha Garner

The journey began December 26, 1991 when Allen Garner and Sharon Garner gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named Samantha Renee Garner.
She was born at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. She was raised in Minnesota most of her childhood. Samantha and her other two siblings loved spending time singing and dancing for the parents at the holiday time. They also liked swimming in the lakes, riding bikes, and playing basketball together. The 3 Musketeers there dad used to call them. In November 2007 Samantha and her family moved back to Kansas City where she graduated high school at Schlagle High School. She also graduated 9 months later as a CNA. And After CAN Samantha didn't stop there she went back to school at Concorde to obtain her CMT and graduated TOP OF THE DEANS list in 2023. She worked at Preferred Pediatrics in Lee Summit, Missouri taking care of newborn babies. She loved it and couldn't stop talking about it to her family. She was a hard worker and anything she put her mind to she did it. In February 28th 2011 she gave birth to a handsome baby boy Javontay Prince.

She was beyond excited and did everything to make sure he had everything and some. Not long after she met Kristofer Kelby Sr. and it was love at first sight. She loved telling her sister how much she loved him and how much he cared for her and her son even though prince wasn't his you couldn't tell looking from the outside in. Soon enough Samantha and Kris had the own little buddle of joy a beautiful baby boy Kristofer Kelby Jr. born June 21st 2016. She always wanted to show her children what it felt like to be loved just like she was in Minnesota as a child and everyday she showed them something new and exciting.

Samantha Garner departed this earth Sunday November 26th 2023 at 9:55p.m. (Her father) Allen Garner, (niece) Maliyah Toombs Turner, (grandfather) Bobby Palmer Sr, and (aunty) Rochelle Roberts all proceed her in death. She leaves behind her beautiful children Javontay Garner and KristoferKelby Jr. (Mother) Sharon Garner, Grandmother Betty Palmer. Significant other Kristofer Kelby Sr. Siblings Tameka Toombs Lewis Toombs Allen Garner Jr. Cortez Garner and Sonja Garner. Nieces and Nephews Donalonte Toombs Serenity Toombs Tah'Ja ToombsWooten Queenen'v Wooten Kah'liyah Toombs Hardin Kah'lief ToombsHardin Talia Toombs Laylah Toombs Tahnesha Floyd Amiv'yon Green E'mylen Wright. (Aunts and Uncles) Harold Garner Frank Garner Tiffany Palmer Rhonda Thomas Michael Roberts Lisa Waddy. Cousins Steffonie Brown, James Duncan, Hershell Duncan, Mark Sims, Jessica Sims ,Shanice Palmer, Leatrice Palmer, Joshua Becton, Jada Becton, and Anastasia Ladlie. A host of co-workers friends and extended family loved her so much.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday December 9, 2023, visitation is from 2 P.M. - 3 P.M. with services beginning at 3 P.M. at Golden Gate.
