Sandra Jean Hopkins (Gray)

Sandra was born in Kansas City, Kansas to Irene (Nanny) Lewis and Floydd Jones. Sandra was educated in the Kansas City, Kansas school district and she achieved a clerical degree in 1974.

Throughout her life, she had a strong work ethic. Sandra enjoyed scrap booking, writing poems, attending concerts and being with her family and friends.

She married Donald Lee Hopkins in January of 1966. Sandra is preceded in death by her first grandson, Joseph D. Mason and a host of other relatives.

She was loved and will be missed by her four children, Rosalind Gray, Kerry Gray, Daryne Gray, and Nichole Hopkins; her four brothers, Edward, Mchael, Samuel, and Ronald Gray; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at 3 P.M. at Golden Gate located at 2800 East 18th Street Kansas City, Missouri 64127.
