Sterling Douglas Lambert

 

Sterling Lambert was born October 18, 1960 in Rockford Illinois to Pauline Kritter and James Lambert.
He attended Boylan High and Camden High School. Sterling enlisted into the Marines in 1978 where he served for 4 years.
He was an employee of Nitto in Kansas City Missouri for 8 years until his health declined. He met and married Erma Lee Antwine and was a devoted husband for 20 years and took care of his wife until his passing. He was baptized into Christ in 2015 and was a member of the Swope Parkway Church of Christ.
 
He enjoyed sitting out on the patio listening to old school music and dancing. He also enjoyed fishing.
Sterling departed this life on February 25, 2023. His parents James Lambert and Pauline Kritter, Amy Pinson (sister), Hershel and Dennis Thrower (Maternal grandparents) and Horse Lambert (Paternal grandparent) proceed him in death. 
 
Sterling leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Erma Lee Antwine, his children Yolanda Antwine by marriage, Charmaine Antwine by marriage, Crystal Smith, Delano Love, Shalaetne Lambert-Dilsworth (NeNe) and Xavier Lambert.
His siblings Leonard Purham-Houston Tx, Sharon Anderson-Rockford Il, Regina Johnson, Rochelle Hunter, Robert Hunter III - All of Arkansas, Towanda Ingram and Tina Hannie, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
 
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday March 4, 2023 at Golden Gate Funeral & Cremation Services, LLC
 
Visitation will be from 2 P.M. - 3 P.M.  
Service Begin at  3 P.M.
