Miss Queen Mo’ Tiara Monique Randle was born January 15, 2003 in Overland Park, KS to her mother, Bethea Carroll. Tiara was the youngest of five siblings. She grew up in Kansas City, Kansas. She went to White Church Elementary School and Muncie Christian School. Tiara graduated from Rogers High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma in May 2020, and was briefly able to attend Tulsa Tech School before her illness forced her to discontinue. She loved dance, cheer and jazz. She loved being a praise dancer. Tiara was a ball of fire, anointed for ministry. She would travel and minister until her health failed. From a young age, she was very passionate
about dance; as a matter of fact, she loved dance, period! She loved God with all of her heart. Tiara accepted God at a young age and was baptized at Greater Pentecostal Temple.
She began working at the age of 16 and developed s strong work ethic at an early age. Her brief career included Garage Clothes, WalMart and her last job at Dillard’s until her health failed her. Tiara also began learning entrepreneurship while in school
with her business titled “Exclusive”. Tiara was very sweet, she loved everybody and everyone adored her! She was a light that
shines so bright. To know Tiara was to love her. She was a special one, but she would speak
her mind.
Tiara was only here a short time but she enjoyed life. She loved her St. Louis family and was very close to her cousins Jada and Iyana. She valued her relationships with her siblings and had a unique connection with each one. Tiara had a love for travel and could not wait to hit the road.
Tiara departed this life on June 29, 2023 at 8:30 p.m. Those left to cherish her memory include her loving mother and best friend, her ride or die, her queen, Bethea Carroll, three brothers and one sister, Jermaine Howard and Michael Garlington (KCK), Melanie Bruce (Tulsa, OK) and Dominique Primer (Oklahoma City, OK); 10 nieces and nephews, her god-god brother, Tony Anderson, her uncles, Carl Bobbydon Ford, Pierre Crawddock, special family members she considered to be uncles and aunts and a host of
family, friends and loved ones.
