Veronica Lynn Rimmer, Gingles

Veronica “Red” (Gingles) Rimmer, 59 of Kearney, Missouri passed away on Friday morning, April 21,
2023.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on May 20 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Good Shepard
Community of Christ, 4341 Blue Ridge Blvd, Kansas City, Mo 64133. Interment services will be privately
held.

Veronica was born on March 4, 1964 in Kansas City, Mo to Roy Dean and Edwina Gail Combs. She lived
in Richmond, Mo and worked at Ray County Memorial Hospital as a CNA. She was married and preceded
in death to Gary Rimmer of Richmond, Mo in 2013.

Veronica enjoyed concerts, family gatherings, cuddling with her cat Tabby, spending time with her
children but most importantly, learning of her grandchildren’s successes. Her later years were spent in
Kearney with Mike Garrett, her later life partner.

Veronica is survived by her children, Joshua Harvey (Olga), Matthew Rimmer (Laura) and Wendy Morris;
her grandchildren, Colten Harvey, Trevor Rimmer, Brenden Rimmer, Erin Morris, Courtney McGill,
Brandon Bachand and Zach Reyes; one sister Wynema Harmon and one brother Niel Gingles as well as
many Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews and close friends she called family.
