Wanda J Jean Larry

Wanda Jean Larry, 63, was born in Starkville,  Mississippi to Robert and Winnie Larry on October 30, 1958.

She was a graduate of Lincoln Academy High School class of 1976. Wanda continued her education; she obtained her Bachelor of Science  in Nursing. She also held 2 Master’s degrees, MHA and MBA. Wanda was currently enrolled at      Webster University, working on  completing her goal to achieve her PHD.

Wanda retired from Truman Medical Center where she started  after she graduated from High School. Starting out in Admissions, and after 30years RETIRING as (RN). Wanda loved her career in the medical field. She loved her children, and she absolutely adored her grand-children, and great-grandchildren. Her favorite place to travel was LAS VEGAS!

Wanda departed this life on Friday, August 5, 2022 at Kindred Hospital Northland. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert J. Larry JR; 1st born son, Christopher D. Larry; and nephew, Tracy A. Mitchell II.

Our beloved Wanda leaves behind to mourn her passing, one son, Charles T. Larry of Kansas City, Mo; one daughter, Christina L Garth of Kansas City, Mo; mother, Winnie B. Larry of Kansas City, Mo; three sisters, Janice Garth of Kansas City, Mo, Annette Larry of Kansas City, Mo, and  Donnie F. (Tracy) Mitchell of Kansas of City, Mo; two brothers, Robert J. Larry III of Kansas City, Mo, and Clifford (Anita) Larry of Kansas City, Ks; six grandchildren, Christopher D.
