Zafir Amir Khaliq Perkins

Zafir Amir Perkins was born September 30, 2005 at St.Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri to Taheeda Perkins and Casey Miller.
Zafir attended the Kansas City School District and grew up in the Mid-Town area. From the time Zafir was a
baby, he touched many hearts with his handsome smile, loving spirit, charm and laughter. He was blessed to travel and see places like Phoenix AZ, Houston TX, Washington D.C and St. Paul, MN.

Amir was his Mother’s only child and brother to eleven siblings from his father. He loved Music, Basketball, comedy and really enjoyed making everyone laugh. He loved fashion. He was always styling, stayed fly and no one could tell him different. His big cousins would often ask him for fashion tips and advice. He truly was the
meaning of his name Amir... the PRINCE!

He departed this life on Wednesday, August 9, 2023. His aunt, Kimberly Alexander preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memory his Mother, Taheeda Perkins; Father, Casey Miller; Grandfather; Charles
Khaliq; God-Mother, Sha'Mia McNeal; Uncles, Rodney Alexander, William Perkins and Taha Perkins, Shaun
Miller and Maurice Miller; Aunts, Staci Alexander. Cousins whom he considered siblings; Ermon “E.R” Dixon, Ha'Quan, Iyanla Perkins and Macayah Perkins; Girlfriend, Ro´Mya Clark; Great-aunts, and Greatuncles, and a host of cousins, other extended family, and
friends!

Funeral Services will be held August 30, 2023, visitation will be held from 10 A.M. - 12  P.M. with services beginning at 12 P.M. at               24 Hour Faith Training Center 2605 Prospect Ave.
